APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS, RESCHEDULING AND
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is important to know that when you are creating a booking,
a credit card or gift voucher number is required.

A 50% deposit is required for all treatments and 100% will be
charged for those who do not show up for their appointments
or who do not give at least 24 hours notice when
cancelling or rescheduling a booking.

If you do have a gift voucher and do not give sufficient notice
as outlined above, you will forfeit your treatment and your
voucher will be void.

If you do not have a credit card, please notify Sadessa Day Spa
for other payment options (direct deposit or Paypal).

Confirmation of all bookings will be made 48 hours in advance,
either by email, sms or phone. Please respond to this
confirmation to notify of any changes you need
to make for your appointment. It is requested that clients arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time.
Treatments booked for Sundays and Public Holidays attract a surcharge.
